Stephen Entwisle
Over 20 year’s experience as a successful Executive Project/Programme Manager, with a wealth of experience across a diverse range of sectors and organisational size, in enterprise architecture definition, creation and implementation, covering process, people, organisation and technology. Acted as the functional lead (PM) for the full enterprise architecture programme to create the enterprise architecture for the GlaxoWellcome company. He is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and holds qualifications in ITIL v3 and BPM.

Mayank Ladd
May is a senior practitioner with global business experience spanning over 12 years. He is an innovator and specialist in delivering large scale enterprise-wide Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems and related software solutions. May is a leading authority within the content management field having presented papers for the British Computer Society. He has given seminars and delivered advisory work in Europe, Middle East and other parts of the world. He holds a BSc (Hons.) Mathematics with Computer Science and an MSc in Software Engineering.

Alexander (Sasha) Polev
Sasha has over 14 year’s experience and core skills in enterprise architecture, enterprise infrastructure and systems development with extensive knowledge of open-source technologies. Currently he specialises in designing, implementing and integrating Enterprise Content Management, Biometric, Messaging and Portal solutions. He has extensive experience of Zimbra, Alfresco and Liferay as well as several Alfresco community modules, such as OpenCalais, Groovy Processor, Mule ESB integration and Drools Integration. Recent experience includes Enterprise Architect (infrastructure-related aspects) on a multi-million pound transition programme at AOL Broadband. Sasha holds a Masters in Information Systems.

Allan Schweitz
Allan is an experienced architect with a strong interest in current software engineering best practices. With a proven background in database and Microsoft technologies, he specialises in designing and implementing Enterprise Java solutions. Allan has experience in Open Source solutions including: Alfresco, jBoss, Tomcat, Spring, Hibernate, Apache, Linux, PostgreSQL. He has contributed to several Open Source projects including jBoss jBPM and SourceJammer. Allan also has extensive experience using open source mail solutions such as Zimbra, postfix, sendmail, SpamAssassin, courier-imap, etc. He holds a BSc in Computer Science.

Chintan Zaveri
Chintan is an Open Source Consultant with over 9 years experience in Information Technology. He is a leader and a team-worker with a proven track record in building successful teams and reviving flailing businesses in India. He is a highly-motivated problem-solver and passionate about exploiting technology for organisations of all types and sizes. Chintan has worked in a number of small and large organisations in capacities ranging from a Programmer, Web Developer, Systems Administrator, Support Manager, Consultant, Partner and Director. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.

Maithili Shetty
Maithili has over 12 years diverse experience across software systems analysis, design, development, quality assurance and project management in varied domains including Securities Trading for Stock Exchanges (Equity & Derivatives), Bulk Payments, Identity Management, and SWIFTNet solutions. Maithili is now extensively involved in implementing Enterprise Java and open source solutions using Alfresco. Maithili holds a BSc in Mathematics and a Masters in Computer Management.

Simon Blandford
Simon has 10 year's experience in using Linux including using it as a main working desktop for the last seven years. Administered Red Hat-based production servers for a non-profit for the last 8 years including web servers, mail servers and databases. Most recently he has worked with a Xen/SAN based data centre running almost thirty virtual servers. Simon also created and maintains a live webcasting service for a non-profit, originally based on Real Media but now using Flash. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering.

Sandeep Somavarapu
Over 7 years of experience in computer hardware and over 2 years of extensive experience in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting windows, Linux and Messaging Systems. Certified in Managing and maintaining Windows 2003 server, Exchange 2003 and XP operating system. Recent experience has been working with VMware, SAN and Zimbra Collaboration Suite. Sandeep holds a BTech in Computer Science and Information Technology and an MSc in Computers and Network Security.
